2. Orders and Payment
- Placing an Order: All orders for floral arrangements, installations, and custom decor are subject to availability and acceptance. Specific details will be confirmed upon consultation.
- Workshop Bookings: Workshop spaces are limited and booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment is generally required at the time of booking to secure your place.
- Pricing: Prices for services are as quoted and are subject to change. Custom work will be quoted individually.
- Payment: We accept various payment methods as indicated during the ordering or booking process. Payment must be received in full before services are rendered or products are delivered, unless otherwise agreed for bespoke projects.
3. Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes
- Floral Orders: Cancellations for bespoke floral arrangements and decor require at least 48 hours' notice for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a charge.
- Event Installations: Specific cancellation and refund policies for large-scale floral installations will be outlined in your individual service agreement.
- Workshop Bookings: Workshop cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the workshop date will receive a full refund or transfer credit. Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable but may be transferable to another person.
- Changes: We will endeavor to accommodate changes to orders or bookings, but this may not always be possible due to material availability or scheduling.
